3 Week Wispy Classic/Angel Infill

Service Description
You must have a minimum of 40% of your lashes for this to be classed as a three week infill and be within 21 days of your previous appointment. If you are unsure on if you have enough lashes please get in touch directly - you may be asked for a photo so I can best advise you. This infill time is slightly longer than a two week infill to allow extra time to remove outgrown lashes and aim for 100% coverage. This service can also be booked under three weeks if you feel you need extra time but sooner. Infills are the process of removing the outgrown lashes which may of twisted or grown much longer than the others. This is completed using pain free tweezer method by a highly trained technician. It is extremely important to keep up with regular infill appointments as the outgrown lashes will need to be removed to ensure the lash growth cycle can continue smoothly.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ - Attend your appointment makeup free (NO MASCARA), avoid applying any products on or around the eye/brow area the day of your appointment (including moisturiser, makeup and fake tan). Any residue may affect the durability of your results. Deposits & Booking Confirmation • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. • You may reschedule your appointment using your deposit only if you give at least 72 hours’ notice. The rescheduled appointment must take place within 30 days of the original booking. After this period, a new deposit will be required. The deposit can only be used against services with Alliyah. • If you attempt to reschedule after the 72-hour window, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations, No-Shows & Lateness • Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. • Cancellations made between 6–24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and may be required to pay in full upfront for future appointments. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, this may be considered a no-show, and the full cost will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late. • Clients who cancel or reschedule with late notice on multiple occasions may also be asked to pay a higher deposit or full payment in advance for future bookings. Reminders • Appointment reminders will be sent via email 24–48 hours before your appointment. However, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment time and date. Patch Tests • New eyelash extension, lash lift and eyebrow treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete a required patch test will result in cancellation and loss of your deposit. • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a patch test is booked where needed. A patch test can be arranged via phone, email or social media message. You can also pop in during our opening hours but it’s best advised to arrange a time to ensure I will be there. Payments • Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer • Full payment is due at the time of service.
