Service Description
This service will give you as a client to have a chance to discuss the desired outcome you are hoping to achieve and whether this is achievable or how we will reach this goal this for you. A consultation is a necessity for all new clients before having any colour treatments. If you are an existing client and want to discuss any changes to your current look feel free to book a consultation in!
Cancellation Policy
All new colour clients must be booked in for a consultation and a skin test a minimum of 48 prior to your appointment subject to availability and working hours. Deposits will be taken to secure all colour appointments. I cannot secure any appointments for a colour service without one. If you cancel or can not make it to your appointment your deposit is non refundable. If you wish to rearrange your appointment with the deposit, you must give 72 hours notice. Any cancellations within 12 hours notice or not show to your appointment, you will have to pay the full amount of the booking slot. Any cancellations within 12-24 hour notice will have to pay 50% of the booking cost. If you miss your appointment, you will have to pay more upfront to secure your appointment slot. If you have to cancel your appointment due to illness, please make sure you give me as much notice as possible.
