Cancellation Policy

All new colour clients must book in for a skin test minimum of 48hours prior to the appointment. If you decide to cancel the appointment 48hours notice is needed, if the appointment is cancelled 24hours before 50% of the total price will have to be payed. If the appointment is cancelled 12hours prior or on the day / not show the full amount of the booking slot will have to be payed.
