Cancellation Policy
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may result in a shortened service or need to be rescheduled. Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before all colour services if you haven’t had a colour with me before. If you do not have a patch test your appointment will be cancelled. I require a minimum of 48hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the appointment cost before they rebook their next appointment. Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless advised otherwise. For extension appointments hair must be clean and free from any product build up. A consultation is required before all new hair extension fittings. Maintenance appointments are recommended every 6-8 weeks. Please attend your appointment alone unless agreed otherwise. This ensures a calm and safe working environment.
